To Reset Your Security Settings for Internet Explorer




  1. Begin by clicking the Start button on the Windows taskbar.

  2. Click Settings and then click Control Panel.

  3. Double-click the Internet Options icon.

  4. Select the Security tab.

  5. Select the Internet Web content zone.

    1. If the security level is set to "High":
      Click Default Level.

    2. If the security level is set to "Custom":
      Click Default Level.

  6. Select the Local Intranet Web content zone.

    1. If the security level is set to "High":
      Click Default Level.

    2. If the security level is set to "Custom":
      Click Default Level.

  7. Select the Trusted Sites Web content zone.

    1. If the security level is set to "High":
      Click Default Level.

    2. If the security level is set to "Custom":
      Click Default Level.

  8. Select the Restricted Sites Web content zone.

    1. If the security level is set to "High":
      Click Default Level.

    2. If the security level is set to "Custom":
      Click Default Level.

  9. Click OK.
